It all begins with a passion.

My name is Jana Keirstead, I am the Owner and Founder of Loop Consulting.

I have a passion for helping small and medium size businesses get access to professional, in-house caliber communications and marketing expertise without the time and effort needed to hire and train an employee.

I am keenly interested and invested in social media for small business and can produce written and graphic content consistently so that my clients can hand over their channels and watch their brand establish the relevancy they’ve been looking for.

What sets me apart from those other Millennial Social Media Managers? My experience! I’ve worked for large, multi-national organizations in communications, oil & gas, and insurance.

I’ve also been a small business owner since 2020 working exclusively with start-ups and small businesses. I have it all, the expertise of big business with the flexibility and agility of a small business. When small business mentality and big business experience meet it creates marketing magic and I bring it all to my clients.

The beauty of being a small to medium size businesses is your ability to test social media strategies established by large organizations and turn on a dime to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

Bonus: I rarely make my clients dance on camera.

I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2007 and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Queens University in 2014.

I have worked in corporate strategy and communications, and my experience as Editor of internal communications for a large company kick-started a keen interest in content development and management.

I particularly love working with technical companies who want to educate and market a non-technical audience. 

I have education and experience but, above all, I love talking about how the right words can not just educate but grow a business. I hope I get to meet you and learn about how we can partner to grow your business with the right content strategy.
